1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to the Valzest online store and related shopping services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating Valzest. Please review these Terms and the policies linked below before ordering. Nothing in these Terms replaces consent required by privacy law or limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Using Our Store

Review product descriptions, materials, dimensions, selected options, quantities, and included accessories before purchasing. For rings, bracelets, and necklaces, check any available sizing or length information. Screen settings may affect color appearance, but this does not excuse goods that are faulty or materially different from their description.

Review the final price, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not send full card numbers or security codes through customer support.

Follow the product instructions and care guidance provided for each piece, including any material-specific precautions and guidance for small parts, earring posts, and clasps. These instructions do not reduce our legal responsibilities for the products we supply.

4. Orders & Changes

If stock, payment, delivery restrictions, or a significant listing error prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your consent. Payments for purchases we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We may be unable to stop an order already being processed or shipped. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. Changes to future prices or offers do not automatically change an existing agreed order.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, estimated delivery, tracking, and delivery issues. Our Return Policy explains return conditions, shipping costs, and refunds.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Delays do not remove remedies available under applicable law. Please contact us for return instructions before mailing an item; prior approval is not required to give a valid statutory withdrawal notice.

6. Content, Reviews & Third Parties

Protected store content belongs to its respective owners or licensors. You may browse for personal shopping and keep your order records. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.

Reviews should reflect honest experiences. You retain ownership of content you submit. Content submitted for public display may be hosted and displayed for that purpose; private support messages are not public reviews. We do not prohibit honest negative feedback.

7. Consumer Rights & Disputes

Website access may occasionally be interrupted. Additional product warranties, where offered, do not replace statutory rights.

Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
